Least-privilege by design — three bot scopes, and it only ever reads channels you explicitly map:
commands | Adds the /cogent slash command so an admin can map a channel to a Cogent session. |
chat:write | Posts an agent's replies back into the mapped channel. |
channels:history | Reads new messages in a mapped channel to relay them to the agent (only channels you explicitly map). |
